The Salvation Army's Granby Centre has undergone a change process to
transition to a specialist service focusing on the support and care
needs of long-term residents. The service will have capacity for

The role of the Nurse Manager is responsible for providing clinical
leadership, managing day-to-day clinical practices, appropriate care
staff rostering, delegation and supervision, performance and
development, clinical governance and assessment of risks.
You will lead a nurse-led care team that will include a General Nurse,
a Mental Health Nurse and a team of Care Assistants to complement a
social care support worker team.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Ensure the delivery of the highest standards of nursing and social
care which meet the individual needs of each resident
* Participate in clinical governance structures
* Providing direction, mentorship, and guidance to all staff in
terms of their role
* Reviewing and auditing nursing documentation to ensure accurate in
accordance with legislation
* Support the health and safety of yourself and residents, complying
with relevant legislation and Salvation Army procedures
